Our agents are known in their communities for their integrity and the exceptional level of service they provide.

Local Expertise. Global Connections.

There is strength in diversity, and the business partnership between Bryan Durkin & Anne Ferro proves it. Their roots are very different, but once they joined forces eleven years ago there’s been no stopping them. Bryan and Anne specialize in luxury listings, of all price ranges, with a focus on golf & local Country Clubs, gated neighborhoods, historic homes and equestrian properties in the Catalina Foothills and throughout the Tucson valley. Bryan adds a Western touch, also representing ranch properties in Tubac and Sonoita. Real estate has been the only job either have had, and the only job either has ever wanted.

Bryan grew up on a working cattle ranch in Tubac, Arizona. Anne grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut and attended Smith College, but they both studied at the University of Arizona—Anne was in archaeology and English; Bryan majored in business marketing at the Eller College of Management and began his real estate career in 1999.

So why should you consider Bryan & Anne to list your property or help you find your dream home? Between them, they have more than a half-century of experience. Working as a team since 2007, they’ve handled some of the region’s biggest residential transactions. In 2016, they represented both sides of a $3.25 million sale in the Catalina Foothills in the exclusive community, The Canyon’s. They discretely & successfully represented a Forbes List Billionaire on the purchase and listing of a home in the Foothills for over $2.2 million. They hold the record for the most expensive relocation sale in Tucson through Leading RE at $2.7 million in Finisterra Estates. Working seamlessly well together, their combined efforts and collective marketing strategies have made Bryan and Anne two of Tucson’s most respected and top-producing agent teams, with consistent annual sales volume in the $15-18 million dollar range.

Their total sales volume since 1998 tops $275 million.

As a second-generation native Arizonan and third-generation in the Real Estate business, Bryan’s local knowledge and business acumen are unsurpassed. Real Estate is in his blood and his work ethic and negotiating skills are as sharp as his personality and sense of humor. Bryan lives in the Foothills and is happily single. In his free time, Bryan enjoys traveling and spending summers in Colorado and San Diego. His hobbies include golfing, hiking, cars, road trips collecting Western art and spending time with his two nephews, Tipton (4) & Iric (3). Bryan is also a member of Tucson Country Club and the University of Arizona College of Science Galileo Circle.
